Hi, I’m glad you found me. I offer therapy for the full ecology of intimacy—sex, yes, and also relationships, attachment, power, money, consent, repair, and the agreements with self and others that shape a life.

I offer sex-positive therapy for individuals, couples, and relationship constellations across California. I work with people of all genders and orientations, including monogamous and non-monogamous relationships. Folks find me when relationships need renegotiation, when money and power are shaping intimacy, when consent and interpretation get grey, or when shame and secrecy are taking up space in their relationships. My practice is a home for LGBTQIA+ folks, kink and leather communities, sex workers and their partners, and people in devotion to or recovery from spiritual communities, and those integrating psychedelic experience. It is also for anyone whose body has learned to brace, comply, dissociate, or strategize around desire—and who want a different relationship to their experience.

I attained a degree in counseling psychology to be of service as a means to support people whose sexuality has been shaped by shame, surveillance, or orthodoxy—religious, cultural, medical, or familial—and to help them reclaim choice, pleasure, and truth in relationship.

My practice is informed by anti-racism, indigenous sovereignty, and deeply in service to sex workers.

‍I work with sacred archetypes of women and non-binary folk across global cultures. I offer Somatic and Attachment-Focused therapy informed by Womanism, Jungian and Transpersonal Psychology‍. I practice in an earth-based spiritual tradition which sustains my relationship to the work.

I offer Telehealth, video, and phone based sessions, as well as in-person, in-office and eco therapy sessions in Arcata, CA, and San Francisco, CA. I also provide group coaching on an international platform, for folks in the adult industries seeking to grow in a community of peers.
